Tons of debt settlement companies just opening up right now. The financial system is going down the tubes and as a result there is a notion that there is easy capital to be made off of suffering consumers. Tons of agencies that are in differing monetary branches are just transitioning into “settlement” companies. I’m not claiming that they’re dirty companies with devious intent, but tons of them do not have the chance to seriously settle debt on a consumer’s behalf. They just merely have the funds to try to become a debt settlement company. That is why it is best to research into a company’s background and attempt to locate a honest organization with a proven number of successful settlements.
