This summer has been hotter than most with this crazy heat wave and the air conditioning unit in my place has been having a hard time keeping up. I really like to keep the temperature in my place around 72 degrees during the daytime which I find to be particularly comfy and about 78 degrees at night. When I called them their staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions in a pro and easy manner. I was expecting the usual high pressure sales approach common when buying ac orlando units so I was relieved not to be forced to go thru that tribulation.
I scheduled a time and had one of their service technicians come out and install a new aircon unit. The service technician was on time and awfully pro. When he finished installing the ac unit he cleaned up after himself instead of leaving me with a mess which I appreciated. Of course I am very happy with my new air conditioning unit and the house is much cooler now and the new ac unit is much more efficient which may save cash over the long haul.
