Electrical models are free from higher operational costs. Because of the simplicity and flexibility of electrical engines these requires less maintenance and are also easy to repair. They also enjoy a long lifespan compared to combustion engine. But these benefits are balanced with this comparatively high cost. The rates of used forklifts with electrical engines are higher than that of combustion engines.
