At a recent meeting, the church elders were having a frustrating time, not getting a lot of work done, and it was hot. The Pastor said, “We should call it a day and go somewhere for a home brewing beer and just have a little fellowship.” I think he was testing the waters with Romans 14:21-22 in mind, as not all Christians are as open minded or even keeled about beer consumption.
